Full Job Description

In class support for learners with EHCPs, this would include note taking, prompting, assisting students with classroom tasks to access teaching, learning and assessment
Creating / adapting / using a range of resources and strategies to meet learners' needs including e-resources, assistive technology and adapted equipment
Supervising learners on arrival at college, during lunchtimes and breaks and ensuring they leave the premises with due care as required
Supporting learners off-site in learning and travelling contexts e.g. trips, travel training, work placements
Keeping records of learner needs, progress and the achievement of learning targets

The two roles that are available are

FTE 0.8 working on Mondays, Tuesdays Wednesday, and Thursday
FTE 1.0 working on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
FTE 0.4 working on Monday and Tuesday
