Full Job Description

This exciting new role has been established to build upon a period of positive change and support the evolving needs of the organisation. The Learning & Talent Development Manager will report directly to the Executive Director of People & Culture and collaborate with a range of stakeholders to promote and embed a culture of continuous learning, enhance employee engagement and retention, support talent growth and workforce succession planning.

Your key responsibilities will include:
-Lead the design and execution of learning and talent development programs, including career development, succession planning and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) initiatives.
-Conduct ongoing Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify skills gaps and develop targeted learning interventions that address those gaps.
-Collaborate with key senior stakeholders to embed the new competency framework and enhance organisational capability.
-Provide management direction and coaching support to the Talent Management and L&D Team and oversee day-to-day operations.
-Enhance the employee experience through the refinement of onboarding, induction, learning management and performance appraisal processes and the advancement of diversity and inclusion initiatives that promote a safe and inclusive environment where everyone can bring their whole selves to work.
-Forecast annual budget requirements based on learning needs and manage expenditure to ensure alignment with financial targets.
-Measure the impact and ROI of learning and talent management initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
