Full Job Description
- Deliver Tailored Learning: Provide one-to-one and small group sessions with bespoke curriculums.
- Foster Independence: Help students develop life skills in areas such as finance, independent living, and health.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Curriculum Managers, Learning Mentors, and external teams to support each student's personal growth.
- Promote Engagement: Implement innovative learning experiences in the classroom and community settings.

- GCSEs (A-C in English and Maths) or equivalent.
- AET (Level 3) teaching/tutoring certification. Experience:
- Supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
- Developing and delivering personalised lesson plans. Skills:
- Effective communication and behaviour management techniques.
- Adaptability to meet students' diverse needs. Desirable:
