Leasehold Officer

As Leasehold Officer you will support the Leasehold and Commercial Manager in delivering a high quality service to the Group's leaseholders / shared owners, ensuring that they are managed in accordance with the terms of their leases, legislation, regulation and best practice.

You will support the delivery of a quality leasehold management service within agreed budgets, meeting statutory requirements. You will promote customer satisfaction through ensuring residents receive a quality, helpful, responsive and value for money service throughout geographically dispersed stock.

As Leasehold Officer you will provide a quality tenancy management and support service to all HomesHub customers and you will administer Right to Buy and Right to Acquire applications.

You will be the first point of contact for resident enquiries regarding estate issues, including scheme queries, neighbour disputes and complaints, tackling such matters in a timely, sensitive and effective manner.
