Full Job Description
As a Leaving Care Personal Advisor, you will need a wide range of skills including knowledge of issues that impact care leavers and unaccompanied young people. You will play a key part in supporting them into adulthood and preparing them with independence skills to ensure they have the best chances moving forward.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with a variety of agencies. You will be passionate and caring as well as being dedicated to supporting their aspirations, celebrating their achievements and helping them overcome obstacles and challenges., Disability Confident
