Full Job Description

These include BA (Hons) Courses in Acting, Actor-Musician, Musical Theatre and our Postgraduate suite of programmes, MA Musical Theatre Company, Musical Theatre Creatives, Musical Direction and Dramaturgy. We are always keen to meet excellent lecturers in our locality capable of supporting the core teaching team at the conservatoire.
Specifically at this time, we are looking for skills in the following areas:

  • Dance - Ballet & Jazz


  • Lecturers will be responsible for the cover/delivery of skills classes in their subject specialism and may act as a member of the assessment panel for performances and productions from September 2024.
    Successful applicants will have extensive knowledge of Theatre training, relevant industry experience and highly developed communication skills. Lecturers works closely with their relevant skills co-ordinator to ensure excellence in Theatre training.
    Applicants should be highly collaborative and willing to work with a team of teaching artists to deliver excellence in multidisciplinary performance training.

    The Conservatoire wishes to appoint several lecturers, capable of joining our lecturing pool to help us provide cover as and when needed, to to deliver exceptional training across the School of Drama programmes.
