As a Lecturer in Agriculture, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to students studying Agriculture at various levels. You will inspire students with your expertise and enthusiasm, preparing them for successful careers in the agricultural sector. Located on a stunning 500-acre campus in the picturesque Wiltshire countryside, Lackham provides an exceptional environment for both teaching and learning. Lecturer in Agriculture - Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lectures, workshops, and practical sessions in Agriculture and related subjects.
  • Develop and update curriculum content to ensure it reflects current industry standards and practices.
  • Assess and evaluate student work, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Mentor and support students, helping them to achieve their academic and career aspirations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive learning experience for students.
  • Engage with industry professionals and organisations to enhance the learning experience and provide students with networking opportunities. Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and continuous improvement activities.
