Full Job Description

We are excited to announce we are now looking for a Lecturer in Animal Care to join our dedicated Animal Care reporting into the Head of Section. This is a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover role covering November 2024 to July 2025.

As part of this role, you will deliver specific programmes in line with the college's aims and objectives for this area's curriculum plan. You will work closely with management, colleagues and students to ensure success for both college and students. Your confidence and excellent communication skills will also ensure a great partnership with our stakeholders too.

This is a great opportunity for an individual with previous experience in Animal Care to help shape the future of our department. Not only will you be leading tutorship on the course and sharing your experience and knowledge but you always be creating opportunities for students, including work experience. You will be motivated and have great interpersonal skills and an ability to engage, motivate and support mixed ability learners.
