Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking an enthusiastic Lecturer in Business to inspire and mentor the next generation of business professionals. You will teach a range of Business subjects across various levels, from T Level, BTEC qualifications to foundation degrees. Working closely with experienced lecturers, industry professionals, and an engaged student body to create a dynamic learning experience. Lecturer in Business - Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lectures and tutorials that bring business theories to life.
- Develop and update course materials to reflect real-world business practices and emerging trends.
- Guide and mentor students, providing academic and career support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching methods.
- Assess student work, providing constructive feedback that encourages growth.
- Engage with local businesses to provide students with networking and placement opportunities.
Educational Background: A degree in Business or a related field. A teaching qualification is desirable, but we welcome applications from those willing to gain this qualification. Industry Experience: Previous experience working in the business sector, ideally within management, marketing, finance, or entrepreneurship. Adaptability: Ability to teach across different levels and respond to the evolving needs of the business world. Inspiring Personality: A confident, innovative lecturer with excellent communication skills who can motivate students to reach their full potential.
