Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Lecturer in Electrical and Electronics Engineering to join our team. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As a Lecturer in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and support to our students. Your main responsibilities will include:

Delivering and managing engaging, inclusive learning and assessment in engineering to a high standard.
Providing guidance and support to assist student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression.
Using B&FC's digital and face-to-face teaching tools and systems (e.g., VLE, tracking software) to drive student success.
Contributing to the academic community through research, scholarship, and ongoing professional practice.
