  • Hands-On Training: Provide practical training sessions, ensuring students gain real-world skills and confidence.
  • Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our electrical installation curriculum.
  • Mentorship: Support and guide students through their academic journey, offering advice and encouragement.

    Qualified Professional: Hold a Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Electrical Installation. We welcome applications from both qualified Lecturers and subject professionals eager to transition into teaching.
  • Industry Experience: Bring a wealth of experience from the electrical installation industry.
  • Passionate Educator: Demonstrate a passion for teaching and the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Excellent Communicator: Possess strong communication skills, both in delivering lectures and providing feedback.
