Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Lecturer in Engineering, specialising in Machining and CNC, to join our team. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As a Lecturer in Engineering with a focus on Machining and CNC, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality teaching and support to our students. Your main responsibilities will include:
Delivering and managing inclusive, engaging, high-standard learning and assessments in engineering.
Providing targeted guidance to support student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression.
Utilising B&FC's digital and in-person teaching tools (e.g., VLE, tracking software) to enhance student success.
Contributing to the academic community through ongoing research, scholarship, and professional practice.
