  • Create and Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver impactful ESOL sessions tailored to the diverse needs and learning styles of each student.
  • Track and Support Student Progress: Assess and monitor learners' progress, offering feedback that motivates and guides students toward achieving their language goals.
  • Cultivate an Inclusive Environment: Foster a welcoming and supportive classroom, embracing each learner's unique background.
  • Curriculum Development: Work with our team to shape relevant, up-to-date course materials that best serve our learner's needs.
  • Collaborate with the College Community: Partner with colleagues and external stakeholders to enhance the overall educational experience for your students.

  • Essential Qualifications: A teaching qualification a willingness to work towards obtaining one. An ESOL/TEFL qualification.
  • Experience: Experience of teaching ESOL to adults in a Further Education or community setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a natural ability to connect with students of varying language abilities and backgrounds.
  • Commitment: Strong dedication to inclusivity and creating a supportive, engaging learning environment.
