  • Qualified to a minimum of degree Level 4 in a professionally relevant subject

  • A minimum of a Level 5 teaching qualification (e.g Cert Ed/PGCE) or be working towards a Level 5 teaching qualification.

  • Recognise and make students aware of their strengths and development needs

  • Experience of working with Entry and Level 1 learners and an understanding of he the challenges this can bring

  • Knowledge of the broad range of learning needs and how to support these needs within a learning environment

  • Able to deal promptly and effectively with inappropriate behaviour in the classroom

  • To provide educational guidance, support and counselling for all students and act as a personal tutor when required

    Salary: £ 30,620 - £47,331 Upper pay range points UP2 and UP3 are subject to evidence of previous progression to Upper Pay Spine, Excellent Pension Scheme(s)
