Lecturer in Functional Skills Maths

Salary: Up to £38,147

Burnley College are recruiting an ambitious Lecturer in Functional Skills Maths to promote and provide an excellent learning experience which ensures high achievement for all students.

You will teach, relevant to subject specialism up to 832 hours per year. You will also maintain high quality records and provide timely information. Knowledge of Functional Skills Maths specifications is essential and the ability to display excellent teaching skills.

A recognised teaching qualification is not essential for this role, Lecturers can be supported through a mentoring system and staff development programmes to develop their classroom practice and the College has an excellent Staff Development programme where a recognised teaching qualification can be gained.

The salary for this post is up to £38,147.
