Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Lecturer in Heating and Ventilation to join our Construction Department. Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As a Lecturer in Heating and Ventilation, you will be central to delivering and supporting the learning journey of our students. Your main duties will involve:

Delivering and managing high-quality, inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment in heating and ventilation.
Contributing to curriculum development, ensuring alignment with industry standards and enhancing the student experience.
Supporting student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression, offering targeted guidance where needed.
Engaging with both digital and face-to-face teaching tools (e.g., VLE) to ensure student success.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and practice in your subject area and pedagogy.
