Lecturer - Inclusive Learning

Peterborough College is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lecturer in Inclusive Learning to join our growing team. In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students of all abilities. What will you be doing?

• Delivering high-quality inclusive learning courses from Entry Level to Level 1
• Assessing student work and providing constructive feedback
• Developing course materials and schemes of work
• Delivering academic tutorials to support student progress
• Contributing to the coordination and development of inclusive learning programs
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless learning experience for all students
  
  A Level 5 teaching qualification (e.g., DTTLS, Diploma in Education and Training) or a willingness to obtain one within 3 years (training provided)
• Minimum level 3 qualification in your subject area (or relevant industry experience)
• A passion for inclusive learning and a commitment to student success
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• The ability to inspire, motivate, and support students with diverse needs
