Full Job Description

  • We work very closely with course teams across the College to ensure successful English and Maths outcomes for those studying full time vocational qualifications.
  • A specialist tutorial team working closely with students, teachers and parents and providing support for progression to further and higher education, employment and training

    We are pleased to offer full time or part time permanent positions within our large and ever growing innovative and proactive team. We are one of the largest post-16 GCSE centres in the UK, teaching English and Maths to approximately 4,500 full time learners. You will be required to teach functional skills and GCSE English to predominantly 16 - 19 year olds alongside their vocational qualifications as an integral part of their programme of study. Some experience of teaching students with barriers and challenges to learning would be an advantage and you would be required to course lead a curriculum area.
