Full Job Description
To work as part of a team assisting in providing an efficient and accurate accounts service to the firm. Accountabilities
- Effectively receive and process all payments and receipts for client and office accounts.
- Accurately carry out CHAPS, BACS, International Payments and Inter Account Transfers within agreed time limits.
- Assist and support other team members in other duties as required.
- Other administrative duties as required.
- Ensuring that own knowledge and skills are kept up-to-date, requesting training where necessary.
Strong IT skills, including word and excel. - Good organisation and administrative skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively prioritise.
- Excellent communication skills.
