Full Job Description

To work as part of a team assisting in providing an efficient and accurate accounts service to the firm. Accountabilities

  • Effectively receive and process all payments and receipts for client and office accounts.
  • Accurately carry out CHAPS, BACS, International Payments and Inter Account Transfers within agreed time limits.
  • Assist and support other team members in other duties as required.
  • Other administrative duties as required.
  • Ensuring that own knowledge and skills are kept up-to-date, requesting training where necessary.

    Strong IT skills, including word and excel.
  • Good organisation and administrative skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise.
  • Excellent communication skills.
