Full Job Description

As a Legal Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance, managing legal risks, and providing legal support to our growing business., In this role, you will work closely with our wider team to:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, partnership agreements, and customer agreements.

  • Assist in the maintenance of corporate governance documents and compliance matters.

  • Manage and maintain a comprehensive legal document and contracts database.

  • Stay up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.

  • Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on various legal and regulatory matters.

  • Assist in legal research on various topics as needed.

  • Assist in managing intellectual property matters.

  • Collaborate with external counsel when necessary.

    Law degree from an accredited university.

  • At least 3 years of experience as a lawyer or legal associate, preferably in a technology or financial services environment.

  • Strong understanding of contract law and commercial agreements.

  • Good knowledge of financial services regulations would be an advantage.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines.

  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and willingness to learn.

  • Friendly and collaborative attitude.

  • Fluency in English is required.
