Full Job Description

  • Play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining governance in international partnerships with customers and industry partners, ensuring compliance and fostering strong relationships vital to business success

  • Lead the drafting, negotiation, and completion of contractual arrangements with customers and partners, contributing significantly to the growth and development of the business

  • Ensure strict compliance with all legal requirements, encompassing health and safety, procurement law, product safety, compliance, export control, and ethical business conduct, to maintain the integrity of the Air Sector business

  • Engage early in dispute resolution processes, strategizing and implementing effective solutions to swiftly address challenges and uphold the business's reputation for excellence and integrity. Stay abreast of legal and business developments, providing valuable insights and training to support ongoing success

  • You will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and solutions across multiple jurisdictions, partnering with international global customers and industry collaborators, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements

  • This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development, with exposure to diverse and challenging work and potential for national or international mobility

    UK qualified solicitors or barristers with appropriate leading law firm and/or in-house experience

  • Experience of operating within a commercial environment

  • Sound knowledge of, and experience of dealing with, relevant areas of the law

  • Must have a current practising certificate
