Full Job Description

  • Deal with complex matters with multiple partners and forces
  • Give accurate and timely counsel to the sales department
  • Communicate and interact with customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Review, negotiate and draft SaaS contracts for our customers
  • Review and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements

    We are seeking to hire a dedicated and self-motivated lawyer to join Ripple's Legal Team. In this role, you will support the company's sales, business development, and finance teams on commercial transactions across the SaaS, financial technology, blockchain, and cryptocurrency spaces. You will be an integral part of our growing and agile legal team. In addition to supporting the business's sales pipeline, you will provide expertise on a wide range of matters., A Master's degree in Law or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience ideally in the field of financial services and the software industry (with SaaS knowledge)
  • Proficiency in English; French, German or any other language is an asset
  • A self-starter, organized and proactive demeanour
  • Curiosity about the fast-growing digital asset industry
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, judgment, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to present sophisticated issues clearly and concisely and provide succinct and practical legal advice.
