Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality legal advice and support to the business. As a trusted advisor, the Legal Counsel will work closely with senior management and various departments to mitigate legal risks via effective contract review; resolve disputes; and assist with strategic decision-making.,

  • Support internal teams on legal matters, ensuring all activities are aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts (e.g. supply of goods and services, IT, media agencies, sponsorship and more).
  • Advising on pricing and advertising compliance (ASA/CAP Code, Trading Standards).
  • Developing an understanding of applicable travel law including the Package Travel Regulations.

Alongside bringing these to the role, you'll also need to be a qualified solicitor with experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. We would welcome applications from lawyers with experience in Contract Law, Corporate Law, IT/Technology and/or Data Protection.
