The ideal candidate will be a common law qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, possessing a solid background in technology law, and a proven track record of working on procurement contracts. Experience in the banking, fintech, or tech startup industry is highly desirable. The role demands a tech-savvy legal professional who is eager to learn and grow within the spheres of banking and cryptocurrency regulation. A pragmatic, confident individual with excellent commercial acumen and a willingness to engage in a variety of tasks will thrive in this position. The ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and confidently navigate complex negotiations is essential.
