You will have the support of your team and a dedicated mentor, balanced with the hands-on practice necessary to support your future career ambitions. THINGS YOU'LL DO:

  • Get involved with strategic projects which the legal department is working on
  • Learn about data privacy law and how it impacts customers and ADP itself
  • Write letters to customers on a variety of matters
  • Review contracts and understand the key important terms of those contracts and how they can be enforced
  • Understand how any legal department organises itself globally and in country
  • Incident management and the process of dealing with incidents within any business and work on root cause analysis documents
  • Prepare training for parts of the business on legal and commercial matters
  • Work with finance and credit control on debt collection matters understanding cash flow, customer insolvencies and company changes
  • Understand some of the regulatory framework around a business

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills particularly written communication
  • Experience with Microsoft Office particularly Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Willing to learn
  • Positive and determined attitude
  • High attention to detail
