Up for a brand new role supporting a new head of department? Do you have experience within Fraud/White Collar Crime/Investigations? This could be the role for you!

Our client are an international law firm, who really are going places and adding to their services. This has resulted in a brand new legal PA arising supporting a head of department within the Fraud and White Collar Crime department.

You must have previous experience of this practice area (or litigation) as you will need to hit the ground running in this brand new legal PA role.

You will be have previous experience of working in a City law firm as a legal pa/ legal secretary and supporting senior partners ideally head of department. You will be able to manage multiple priorities at once and all whilst more duties are being added to your list!

Duties include

- creating and amending documents

- assisting with all aspects of business development

- managing client contact and being a proactive diary management guru!

- managing all associated administration for litigation matters

- managing the billing process for the fee earner
