Legal PA (REAL ESTATE) - Paying £45,000+ + Hybrid Working

My client, an international Law firm, who hold a dominant position within the Legal market are seeking a bright and ambitious Legal Secretary/PA, who can provide support to Partners and Fee Earners within their dynamic and award-winning Real Estate department. The firm boasts over 1,000 bright and ambitious staff members who provide advice and support to Clients across multiple areas of Law. The ideal Candidate will have at least 3 years' Legal Secretary/PA experience.

• Based near Liverpool Street
• Paying up to £45,000+
• Hybrid working Policy - 3 days in the office and 2 from home one week and then 2 days in the office and 3 days from home the next

Duties include:
• Managing Fee Earner's email and diary.
• Preparation for all meetings, including relevant documentation.
• Travel arrangements.
• Supporting Fee Earners with Marketing activities including the preparation of pitches and presentations.
• Proactively delegating work, providing appropriate timeframes and checking when returned.
• Mentoring junior members of the team.
