Full Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Personal Assistant (Legal PA) to join our Pensions Team based in Birmingham City Centre working 21 hours per week., As a Senior Personal Assistant within our Pensions Team team you will be responsible for:

  • Client relationship management; take ownership of administrative aspects of the firm's client care programmes, adhering to any service level agreements and ensuring the fee earners are aware of them.
  • Administrative; Extensive diary and inbox management, travel arrangements and document production. Experience of using iManage/Worksite or similar is essential.
  • Financial; coordinate client billing and invoicing, client reporting and processing expenses. Experience with Expert or other financial systems is essential.
  • Compliance; new matter opening and supporting internal teams on conflict management.
  • As part of a wider team, you will be also have the opportunity to assist other PA's and work collaboratively with the business services team at the firm on all matters.
