Legal Secretary

Join us as a Legal Secretary into our already established Legal Team in Rotherham. This role will have responsibility for the contracts approval process, maintaining the contracts database as well as providing administrative support to the legal department, No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• coordination of the contract approval/signature process
• preparing and sending out contract packs to the relevant home or department
• maintaining legal files
• assisting the Legal Director with project work
• providing administrative support to the legal department.

You'll also have:
• an adaptable attitude and be able to "hit the ground running"
• good organisation skills and the ability to manage/prioritise workload
• strong admin and office experience
• good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• great communication skills both verbal and written
• self-motivation and a willingness to learn something new.
This role would suit someone with experience in a Legal Secretary role.
