Full Job Description
- Working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
- Act as a representative of Mitie carrying out work as detailed by the National Risk Assessment Manager/Supervisor.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner in support of our customers and work colleagues.
- Have a positive "can do" attitude with the ability to problem solve.
- Behaviours - have a desire to be professional, well-mannered and polite at all times.
- Able to follow to instructions safely (method and risk assessment),
- To ensure all works are delivered on time and to the agreed specification.
- To support business growth and retain existing customers.
- Have good clear communication skills.
- Be a strong team player, who is self-motivated, always works proactively to an exacting standard.
- Be an honest, organised, and trustworthy individual, who presentable to the client and proud to represent Mitie.
- Willingness to undertake training and development which is linked to the role when offered.
- Complete reports and paperwork as instructed by the National Risk Assessment Manager/Supervisor.
- Take responsibility for your own training needs and bring them to the attention of the National Risk Assessment Manager/Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, specific company requirements approved by the Health & Safety Executive and the latest regulations and codes of good practice.
