Full Job Description

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 20 children, focusing on Child in Need and Child Protection cases.

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop robust care plans to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.

  • Prepare and present cases in court, working closely with legal teams to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

  • Collaborate with families, carers, and multi-agency professionals to deliver coordinated support and interventions.

    Qualified social worker with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience, registered with Social Work England.

  • Proven experience in child protection and court work, with the ability to handle complex and sensitive cases.

    Pay Rate: £38 per hour (umbrella), depending on experience.

  • Hybrid working model, with parking expenses reimbursed for local car parks.
