Leisure Assistant - Epsom, Surrey

To welcome our members and their guests in our stunning Walled Garden, children's facility. As a leisure assistant you are responsible for providing a warm, friendly welcome, along with taking food and drinks orders, making coffee, managing pool and activity bookings to ensure an exceptional member experience. This role is for 5 days a week over a 7 day rota, which includes working weekends. Responsibilities:

• To be the warm welcoming face of the Walled Garden.
• Deliver a positive memorable Member journey and an experience of the highest quality.
• Keep each area of the operation clean and tidy to ensure standards are met.
• Taking orders for food and drinks, operating the café POS correctly.
• Communicate with internal teams including maintenance and housekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with the Health and Safety policy.
  
  Proven and demonstrable excellent customer service experience
• Be approachable and confident
• Excellent communication skills
• Good computer knowledge
