Our dynamic leisure centre is currently seeking a dedicated Leisure Centre Supervisor to oversee our facility's operations and staff.
You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the leisure centre and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensuring the centre is run effectively and efficiently, you'll lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve excellence in service delivery., Please note that the official closing date is as above, and will be the correct date. We'll arrange interviews for suitable candidates whilst the campaign is running which will include a swim test where the following will be assessed:
Swim 50m in less than 1 minute - Swim 100m continuously on your front then 100m on your back
Tread water in deep water for more than 30 seconds
Surface dive to the deepest part of the pool
Climb out of the pool unaided.
This role is subject to a DBS check.
