Leisure Supervisor

Mitie - Education Village, Darlington

Job Information

-Ensure the smooth running of the Community Use programme

-Liaising with various parties to deliver all aspects of Community Use

-Completion of daily reports including, but not limited to, cleaning regimes and customer sign in sheets

Main Duties

-Meet & greet customers

-Working with a team of TPI workers.

-Set up & take down of activities, ensuring the building is fit for purpose for both users & school

-General cleaning

-Locking and unlocking of the premises when required

-Liaising with customers to ensure their bookings go smoothly

-Reporting of any issues to senior management in a timely manner

-Any other duties as seen appropriate by management

What we are looking for

-Flexible working hours- the role dictates candidates should be available for evening and weekend work.

Experience of working in a leisure environment

-Experience of cleaning is desirable but not essential as training will be given

-Confident in communication with various age brackets
