Full Job Description

We have opportunities for experienced/qualified Leisure Supervisor to join our Leisure Team. As a Leisure Supervisor you will be responsible for:

  • Provide a safe and secure environment for all guests whilst using our pool areas.
  • Taking control of sites and full responsibility of pool areas.
  • Handling and dosing chemicals.
  • Opening and closing of pool buildings.
  • Ensure strict health and safety guidelines are adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure all work areas are presented and managed to the highest level at all times.
  • Ensure all chemical & cleaning materials issued are stored safely & used within COSHH guidelines.
  • Ensuring all internal & statuary obligations are met.
  • Comply with Park rules at all times.

    RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification - Essential.
  • Pool Plant Room qualification desirable.
  • Previous experience in a supervisors role.
  • Experience handing and dosing chemicals.
  • Be friendly and personable with total focus on the guests and their safety
  • Additional training courses & qualifications will be arranged for the successful candidate dependant on requirements. This role requires the successful candidates to undergo an enhanced DBS check. Due to the qualifications and training provided the successful candidate must be 18 years and over.
