Full Job Description

  • Handling daily queries raised by the Private Banking Team

  • Drafting all lending and security documentation

  • Carrying out core banking tasks such as drafting of Audit and Redemption Letters, completing of Mortgage Statements, and producing of reference statements

  • Monitoring the arrears database and preparing the arrears letters

  • Loading lending into the Flexcube Banking system, making amendments as required

  • Monitoring and overseeing the expired Buildings Insurance Policies and requesting up to date policies from the wider Private Banking Team

    Experience in a similar role within UK banking, or A levels / degree in a relevant subject

  • You will be provided with all the training you need so an ability to learn is crucial

  • Enjoy providing crucial but behind the scenes support - this role will not suit someone who wants to be client facing

  • Able to draft documents which will need excellent attention to detail, accuracy and written communication

    Salary will be up to £27,000 per annum dependent on experience.     • You will be based in our Wellingborough head office and will need to work full time onsite initially during training, then you can enjoy the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.
