Letting Assistant

The role will require some travel - a car is not provided but fuel costs will be covered.

Duties will include:

• Liasing will landlords and tenants to meet their needs


• Managing repairs and maintenance calls


• Conducting viewings for new listings


• Checking new tenants in/out


• Photographing and listing new properties on portals


The hours are flexible to suit your needs but will involve some evening and weekend work (eg for conducting viewings). As we do not have an office you will mainly be working from home when you aren't out for the business - a laptop and mobile phone will be provided.

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiatic individual to work flexibly on a part time basis to support the continued growth of the business.

Ideally, but not essentially, you will have previous experience of working in a lettings environment.

The ideal candidate will be confident in dealing with tenants, landlords and trades people.

You will also have to be very organised with a high level of attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines.
