Lettings Administrator

We're looking for a talented lettings administrator to join our award-winning Bournemouth based estate agency. Working at the heart of our lettings operation the ideal candidate will have a strong work-ethic, a positive can-do attitude and the willingness to learn & develop in this pivotal role.

The Role

· Gathering information and sending communications at key stages of our customer journeys

· Assist with facilitating a let agreed through to move in

· Carryout tenancy referencing, renewals, application forms and end of tenancy notices

· Answering the phone, taking and relaying detailed messages

· Booking viewings and valuations from phone, email and walk-in enquiries

· Meeting, greeting & welcoming customers in branch

· Confirming appointments and organising the diary

· Assisting with landlord updates

· Taking payments, sending & recording invoices

· Keeping electronic and physical files, spreadsheets and databases updated and compliant following detailed checklists

· Keeping keys tagged and lists updated

· Managing board movements via our online portal

· Archiving and data handling

· Assist with managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database

· Keeping up to date with the latest legislation and compliance

· General office tasks and organisation; stationary orders, keeping printer stocked etc

· Assisting Lettings Manager with any other duties as required
