Lettings Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Administrator to joing our Housing Operations team. In this varied role, you'll provide vital support in the letting and management of our property services, achieving re-let times that are amongst the best in the housing sector., We own 34,000 quality homes for social and affordable rent across the Midlands, and one of our keys to success is ensuring that these homes are lived in and loved for the maximum time possible. Your role as a Lettings Administrator will support a high performing team of Lettings Managers and Residential Lettings Officers by:

• Responding to customer and colleague queries via email.
• Managing tenancies on our in-house system & sending associated paperwork to internal and external departments.
• Preparing monthly statistics.
• Raising purchase orders, processing invoices and liaising with tenants to resolve queries over the phone and email.
Please note - the working pattern for this role is Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We are a smart working organisations meaning you'll have the flexibility to sometimes work from home when suitable. • Experience of working to and achieving targets.
• Experience interacting with a variety of customers, focused on delivering a brilliant customer service at all times.
• Experience using IT skills, with the ability to use a range of Microsoft packages and learn in-house systems.
• Examples of managing your own workload effectively, as well as working collaboratively with the wider team.
