Full Job Description
- General day to day running of the office, photocopying and scanning document
- Telephone duties- to answer the telephone calls when people are out of the office or otherwise engaged; take messages as appropriate and issue to relevant person
- Report to the directors
- Produce and send out rent demands on a monthly basis
- Ensure that all rental Legislative requirements, especially with regards to timing of notices and renewals of Safety Certificates are completed within necessary timelines
- Chasing outstanding invoice where appropriate
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute emails, letters and forms
- Maintain contact list
