Lettings Manager

Manage the lettings team, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to Abode's values.
- Oversee three property managers and two tenant administrators.
- Report to Directors and liaise with the executive team to align operations with business goals.
- Manage a personal portfolio of approximately 150 properties (HMO & Single Dwellings).
- Oversee tenant referencing, move-ins, and move-outs, resolving any deposit issues.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors.
- Renew tenancies and chase rents when necessary.
- Send inspection reports to landlords and maintain proactive communication with clients.

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Lettings Manager to join our dynamic team in central Stockport.

If you are an excellent communicator with a passion for property management and mentoring other team members, and if you thrive in a collaborative environment dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you., Experience in Property Management; Level 3 Housing & Property Management qualification preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Agent OS, Goodlord, The DPS, Slack, Dropbox, and Microsoft tools.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.,

• A-Level or equivalent (required)


Experience:

• Property management: 2 years (required)


Licence/Certification:
