Full Job Description

  • Register applicants, arrange and carry out property viewings, negotiate between landlords and applicants

  • Prepare and upload accurate property details, ensuring compliance

  • Generate new business opportunities

  • Assisting with general Property Management queries

    Are you a people person, with a genuine interest in the property market? Do you thrive working within a busy, fast-paced environment, able to prioritise your workload? Would you like to work within an aspirational, ambitious and supportive team?, Prior experience as a Sales/Lettings Negotiator essential

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • First-class written and spoken English

  • Full UK driving license and use of appropriate car
