What will you be doing?

  • You will help customers to access the correct services, including making referrals to floating support providers, supported housing schemes, and directing them to other relevant service providers where required.

  • It will be key for you to contribute to improvements in service delivery by recognising how things could be done more effectively and suggesting changes.

  • Through an understanding of processes and procedures, you will act as an escalation point, ensuring that issues are highlighted, prioritised and resolved effectively.

It is essential that you hold a relevant qualification e.g. minimum of NVQ 3, 2 A levels, or an equivalent qualification or relevant experience.
