Full Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Lettings/Site team Assistant to join our team at Greensward Academy in Hockley, Essex. This is a casual, zero hours contract working as and when required. Shifts maybe:

  • Weekdays: 4am- 6am during exam/mock period to set up exam desks and tables
  • 5.30pm- 10pm to cover lettings and school events
  • 9pm-11pm to set up or take down exam tables and chairs during exam/mock time
  • Any time to cover site team.
  • Weekends: To cover lettings and or to set up exam desks and chairs during exam/mock period You will supervise the use of school facilities by external hires ensuring they are using the facilities correctly and safely. You will be responsible for opening and closing the facilities, meeting and greeting hirers and responding to any building emergencies. This role includes cleaning. Rated as "Good" by OFSTED in November 2023's extensive and extremely positive report and boasting a large and vibrant sixth form which has been ranked amongst the very best in the country for almost a decade, we are a school that places the student at the centre of everything we do., Greensward Academy is an 11-19 comprehensive school based in Hockley in Essex.
