Level 1 Social Worker

The Social Care pathway provides a recovery focussed service to the people of South Staffordshire aged 16 and over who are experiencing significant and disabling functional mental health difficulties and support their recovery journey as core members of the integrated mental health pathways. We are supported by strong partnerships with local independent service providers and voluntary agencies and pride ourselves on providing a responsive, reflective and effective service to the communities of South Staffordshire., We will support newly qualified social workers to complete their Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) and it is also an expectation of the role that, in due course, the successful candidate will complete AMHP training as part of their career progression which is supported by the Social Work Learning Academy.
