Full Job Description

You will be the custodian of excellence, ensuring every product that passes through our doors is a testament to our commitment to quality. This is an opportunity for a meticulous individual to join a team where your expertise will contribute to the impeccable standard our consumers have come to expect., The day to day prioritisation and organisation of individual and team workload to ensure that customer service and stakeholder needs are met.
-To ensure that relevant data is checked, approved, recorded and available for inspection in accordance with Good Manufacturing and Good Laboratory Practices.
-Work in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
-Apply and maintain the cGMP processes / documentation / systems that are relevant to their section.
-To ensure cGMP compliant delivery of activities for self and others within their section.
-Provide support to Regulatory Authority inspections as required.
-Maintain the laboratory in an audit ready, compliant state.
-Lead audit preparations within their section.
-Ensure area and team constantly deliver factory service.
-Setting the standards and expectations for the team, leading by example.
-To act as a point of contact for enquires relating to their section.
-To ensure section activities are aligned with those of the wider QC laboratory.
-To generate and report team Key Performance Indicators against agreed and appropriate metrics for the monitoring of section performance and delivery.
Degree level qualification and/or relevant and appropriate demonstrable skills and experience.
-Demonstrable or transferable skills relevant to the delivery of QC analysis and associated activities.
-Demonstrable skills in working within a multi-level team environment.
-Ability to prioritise and complete tasks.
-Excellent problem solving skills.
-Ability to work on own initiative and within a team of people.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with sound presentation skills.
-Proven ability to work under pressure without compromising on deliverables.
-Excellent IT skills required, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Minitab.
-Chromeleon and SAP experience required.
-Collaborative team working across the wider business.
