Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

The Nursery is located on the outskirts of Halesowen, it has undergone a complete renovation and presents an opportunity for the ideal candidate to play a pivotal role in fostering the growth and development of children in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. The selected candidate will be instrumental in promoting diversity and ensuring that every child feels valued and encouraged to learn and grow.,

• Create and execute a diverse range of age-appropriate activities that stimulate children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development


• Ensure the safety, well-being, and individual needs of all children in the nursery are met


• Develop and nurture positive, collaborative relationships with children, parents, and colleagues


• Foster children's learning and development through purposeful play and educational activities


• Maintain a hygienic, organized, and nurturing environment conducive to children's growth and development


• Adhere to and promote nursery policies and procedures to maintain a safe and inclusive space for all
  
  Possess a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above


• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum


• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues


• Strong team-oriented work ethic and the ability to collaborate effectively


• Profound knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
