- Ensuring the nursery environment is safe, clean, and stimulating for children to learn and play.
- Building strong and positive relationships with children and their families.
- Observing and documenting children's development and progress.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a diverse and inclusive curriculum that meets the needs of all children.
