Full Job Description

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will spend your days deeply engaging with young children, utilizing play-based learning to facilitate their development. You will collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure each child's unique needs are met, contributing to a warm and inclusive nursery environment that supports the growth and well-being of every child.,

  • Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment to facilitate children's learning and development, ensuring that each child's specific needs are met.

  • Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities to promote holistic growth, including cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development.

  • Foster close collaboration with parents and caregivers to provide comprehensive support for children's development, including regular updates and feedback on their progress.

  • Continuously observe and monitor children's progress, providing detailed feedback to parents and implementing necessary adjustments in the learning environment.

  • Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of classrooms and play areas to provide a conducive learning environment.

  • Adhere rigorously to safeguarding, health, and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of all children at all times.

    We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our client's dynamic and fun nursery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early years education and childcare, demonstrating a nurturing and compassionate approach when working with young children., Level 3 in Early Years or above qualification, demonstrating a strong understanding of early childhood education principles.

  • Proven experience in a nursery or early childhood education setting, showcasing a nurturing and supportive approach to working with young children.

  • Genuine passion for facilitating children's development and a commitment to creating a nurturing environment for their growth.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with children, colleagues, and parents.
