Are you a passionate and dedicated professional with a love for early childhood education? We are seeking an enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our client's inclusive and diverse team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn, grow, and make beautiful memories while ensuring their safety, happiness, and well-being.,

  • Engaging in and supervising a wide range of day-to-day activities to enable children's learning and development.
  • Creating and implementing exciting and age-appropriate learning and play activities to stimulate children's curiosity and creativity.
  • Ensuring the safety, happiness, and wellbeing of all children in your care, fostering a secure and comforting environment.
  • Building strong, positive, and supportive relationships with children and their families, becoming a trusted and caring presence in their lives.
  • Collaborating closely with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring learning environment, filled with opportunities for exploration and discovery.
  • Observing, tracking, and celebrating children's progress and development, recognizing and nurturing their unique talents and abilities.

    Level 3 in Early Years or above
  • Proven experience working with young children in a nursery setting, demonstrating your deep understanding of their needs and development.
  • Solid knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) curriculum, and the ability to create engaging and stimulating activities that align with its principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with children, their families, and your colleagues with empathy, respect, and enthusiasm.
  • Passion for creating inclusive and engaging learning experiences for children, nurturing their natural curiosity and love for learning.
